Care plan FAQ
It's not compulsory, but it's strongly recommended. All projects include a free post-launch support period, but once that ends your site is your responsibility. Without ongoing maintenance, security vulnerabilities can build up and software can become outdated. A Care Plan means you never have to think about it.
Yes. We'll carry out a short audit of your existing site first to understand its setup. Depending on what we find, there may be a one-off onboarding fee to get everything up to standard before the plan begins. We'll always be transparent about this upfront.
Content updates include things like changing text, swapping images, adding a new team member, updating pricing, or publishing a blog post. They don't include new page builds, structural design changes, or new functionality — these are scoped separately. Unused hours don't roll over to the following month.
No long-term contracts. All plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual plans are paid upfront at a discounted rate — these are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
